A Response! Then the [mehh]

Well I received a response from apple. The following is a snippit of the response:

"We received your application named WWCD - What Would Chuck Do, which appears to include features that resemble Chuck Norris/identify Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris has previously objected to other applications that include features that use his name or likeness, and believes that such features infringe his rights."

In my response to this message it was stated that there is no reference to Chuck Norris only a generic reference to a "Chuck". In all the fun facts and the responses Chuck Norris is never mentioned.

So as they requested I have asked that the app approval process continue. So, that has been emailed to them and we will await the next response/approval/denial.

Waiting for a response.

On March 13th, the WWCD app was submitted to Apple. We are currently waiting on the response from Apple. As we have more details we will post them here. We hope that the app will be accepted and we will be able to sell this app and update it with all the enhancements that are planned and that may be requested.
